The invention refers to the replacement of the conventional time machines that are present in the feeders with a new mechanism. In a ABCDEFGH box, on the bottom of which there is a vacuum, DCLK, a cylinder (1) rotates that enrolls a rug (2) on whichwe have placed the feed. The new mechanism consists of a pulley (4) that is fixed on the extension of the axis of the cylinder in which we roll a rope (5). On the free edge of the rope we hang a conical container (6) at the top of which we adjust a cock (7). We leave the conical container to drop into a water tank. Through the cock water starts to inflow in the container that starts, initially, due to the weight of the container and later due to the weight of water that inflows through the cock, to be immersed. As the container is immersed, the rope that is rolled on the pulley is unrolled, forcing the pulley to perform rotational motion.
