The present invention relates to a relief fitting for relieving a hinge arrangement mounted between a door or window frame and a corresponding door element or window sash. The present relief element is new and characteristic in that it comprises one or more primary guide holes which are arranged to overlap one or more guide holes on the part of the hinge arrangement which is mounted on the door or window frame in such a way that one or more fastening elements can be inserted through the overlapping holes and down into the underlying door or window frame, whereby said relief fitting also comprises one or more secondary guide holes arranged at a distance from the circumference of the part of the hinge arrangement which is mounted on the door or window frame in such a way that one or more fastening elements can be inserted through said secondary holes and down into the underlying door or window frame. |
