A socket cover of fluorescent lamp is provided to prevent damage of a fluorescent lamp in dropping the fluorescent lamp by outside shock by including a supporting part. A socket cover of fluorescent lamp comprises a socket(10) and a cover(20). The cover part has an elastic part(22) and a supporting part(23). The elastic part is extended from both sides of a socket floor(21) to a top in order to surround a bottom and both sides of the socket. The supporting part is protruded in a front of the cover in order to cover metal finishing materials formed in both ends of the florescent lamp. A top of the supporting part is opened. A protrusion(11) is formed in both sides of the socket. A recess(24) is formed in an inner side of the elastic part. The protrusion is inserted in the recess, and has a cross-sectional area of a right-angled triangle. A grip part is formed in the elastic part of the cover. A stepped jaw is formed in an edge of a rear surface of the socket. |
