<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suppress an increase in a power supply noise caused by variation in a consumption current in a semiconductor integrated circuit device. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit device includes: first and second power supply wirings which provide a power supply to an internal circuit; a power switch 16 which connects the first and second power supply wirings; a power supply noise measuring circuits 12a, 12b, 17 which measure the power supply noise in the internal circuit; and a control circuit 14 which controls a conduction state of the power switch 16 on the basis of measuring results of the power supply noise measuring circuits 12a, 12b, 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
