<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe storage water heater even in a continuous operation while being that a tank circulation pump has some kinds of troubles. <P>SOLUTION: This storage water heater comprises a bath hot water supply detecting portion 23 disposed at the downstream side of a bath hot water supply mixing valve 21 and detecting a bath hot water supply temperature, a heat exchanger 30 disposed outside a tank and exchanging heat between hot water in the hot water storage tank 20 and bathtub water, a primary-side circulation passage of the heat exchanger connecting an upper portion and a lower portion of the hot water storage tank 20, a heat exchange primary outlet temperature detecting portion 34 detecting a temperature of the heat exchanger primary-side outlet, a secondary-side circulation passage of the heat exchanger for circulating the bathtub water, a bath circulation pump 27 disposed in the secondary-side circulation passage, a reheating temperature detecting portion 35 detecting a temperature of a secondary-side outlet of the heat exchanger 30, and a bath temperature detecting portion 29 detecting a temperature of a secondary-side inlet of the heat exchanger 30, bath hot water supply is stopped when a state that the temperature detected by the reheating temperature detecting portion 35 during the bath hot water supply is higher than the temperature detected by the bath hot water supply detecting portion 23 is continued for a prescribed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
