PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system capable of efficient cooling with an excellent waterproofness, a piezoelectric pump, and an electronic equipment. SOLUTION: This cooling system 1 includes a bottom part 10 of a housing 3 having a passage 31 for introducing gas from outside, a piezoelectric pump 32 for introducing the gas from the outside via the passage 31 and jetting the gas from inside, and a filter 33 provided to block the passage 31, allowing at least the gas, but restraining passage of liquid. So, the system does not suck water drops, so as to obtain a portable video camera 1 with excellent waterproofness. The piezoelectric pump 32 has a high static pressure of about 2 KPa, and there is little possibility that a suction force of the piezoelectric pump 32 is substantially reduced by the filter 33.
