PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized multiple-output circuit or the like. SOLUTION: The multiple-output circuit includes a shift register (22) that receives serial data. The shift register (22) includes N flip-flops for transferring the serial data from one end to the other end in a first direction (SDR, DR1). J-th flip-flop (22-1) and J+1-th flip-flop (22-1) are disposed in a first line (R1) adjacent to each other in the first direction (DR1). K-th flip-flop (22-2) as at least one of N flip-flops is disposed in a second line (R2) parallel to the first line (R1). Between the K-th flip-flop (22-2) and another flip-flop (22-1) disposed in the first line and adjacent to the K-th flip-flop in a second direction (DR2) orthogonal to the first direction (DR1), data transfer is performed in the second direction (DR2).
