SIGNAL DISCRIMINATOR, HIGH-IMPEDANCE CONDUCTOR IDENTIFICATION APPARATUS, AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove noise in order to discriminate an output signal from a signal composed of the output signal subjected to the superposition of noise and attenuation through the high-impedance conductor. SOLUTION: The signal discriminator comprises: a signal generator unit for generating an output signal having high and low voltage values; an output unit for outputting the output signal to a high-impedance conductor; a switch to which an input signal composed of the output signal subjected to the superposition of noise and attenuation through the high-impedance conductor is inputted, and which is turned on during sampling; a capacitor connected to the ground for storing the input signal transmitted by the turning-on of the switch during the sampling; a digital conversion unit for converting the input signal stored in the capacitor into a digital signal; and a processing unit for leveling out a plurality of digital voltage values in synchronization with the output signal, and comparing a predetermined threshold with a voltage difference value between high and low voltage values of the leveled digital voltage values.
