PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the opening/closing performance of a lid with a handle in a locking structure of the lid comprising a lid body capable of opening and closing an opening formed in an installation surface and the handle for raising the lid body. SOLUTION: This locking structure of a lid comprises the handle L movable between a storage position Ld where the handle is stored in a recess formed in the upper surface of the lid body 1 and a use position Lu where the handle extends upward from the upper surface of the lid body 1. The locking structure comprises: a part to be locked which is integrally formed on the installation surface F around the opening O and opposed to the opening O; a locking piece A movable between a lock position Af where the locking piece is engageable with the part to be locked and an unlock position Ar where the locking piece is disengaged from the part to be locked and installed on the lid body 1; and an interlocking and connecting mechanism I for so interlocking and connecting the locking piece A to the handle L that, when the handle L is at the storage position Ld, the locking piece A is set to the lock position Af and, when the handle L is at the use position Lu, the locking piece A is set to the unlock position Ar.
