PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet which both exerts the excellent adhesiveness and hermeticity even between different kinds of materials and offers the good elasticity. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet is comprised of a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing a thermoplastic elastomer and an acid anhydride-modified olefinic resin having a structural unit derived from an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride.
