PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress vibration in all speed regions without adding a complicated mechanism such as a damping force switching function to a damper or by omitting the damper. SOLUTION: This control device generates control force having an opposite phase of the vibration of a vehicle body 4 by an electric actuator 11 for converting the rotation of a motor 12 into a linear motion to suppress the vibration of the vehicle body 4. When control by the actuator 11 is not performed, the actuator 11 functions as the damper for damping the vibration by the conversion mechanism for converting the rotation of the motor 12 into the linear motion. As a result, effects of low maintenance, the reduction of weight and low cost as the whole of the device can be obtained, and controllability becomes favorable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
