PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of upper part of the sidewall of a vehicle at the time of side collision. SOLUTION: This vehicle comprises a door 12, which is supported to a vehicle body 3 so as to be freely opened and closed by a hinge 10, and a door-shift suppressing mechanism 15, which permits the rocking of the door 12 in the opening and closing direction and inhibits the shift arising from the deformation at the time of a side impact on the vehicle body 3 in the transverse outside direction of the upper part of the door 12 at the side facing the hinge 10.
