PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fold type stroller with a hood of which the size in a height direction of the fold type stroller is reduced with the hood attached to the stroller having sliding type pressing bars, and folded while the size in the height direction is reduced. SOLUTION: This stroller includes a pair of front legs 1, a pair of joint members 2, a pair of guide sleeves 3 fixed at a middle range of the pair of the front legs, a pair of rear legs 4 of which the upper end parts are rotatably jointed to the pair of the joint members 2, the pair of the pressing bars 5 held by the pair of the joint members 2 and the pair of the guide sleeves 3 so that it can slide, a width direction joint means which joints right and left side surfaces of the stroller comprising the front legs, the rear legs, and the pressing bars respectively, and the hood 17 of which both the edges in the width direction are jointed and held by the pair of the pressing bars 5 at a position lower than the pair of the joint members 2.
