PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for attaining or reinforcing sexual satisfaction or improving sexual ability without side effect, or an examination method for qualitatively or quantitatively determining blood flow and monitoring the fluctuation of the blood flow, because a vasodilator exhibiting an action for enhancing sensitivity, such as a niacin-containing product, continuously produces side effects for a long period, while it has been required to attain sexual satisfaction or improve sexual ability without relating to true medical functional disorder and climacteric. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for attaining the enhanced sexual wellness of an object person, including administering an anhydrous composition containing a vasodilator, such as a niacin derivative, and an acceptable carrier into the sexual organ region of the object person.
