PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition being excellent in preservation stability, easy to control the curing rate, capable of sufficiently adhering to a substrate with which the composition contacts during the cure, and forming a cured material which can be interfacially separated from the substrate. SOLUTION: The organosiloxane composition comprises at least (A) a diorganopolysiloxane having a viscosity ranging from 100 to 1,000,000 mPa s at 25 degrees C, and both terminals of the molecular blocked with trialkoxysilyl groups; (B) a diorganodimethoxysilane having the general formula: R<SP>1</SP><SB>2</SB>Si(OCH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>2</SB>, wherein R<SP>1</SP>each represent the same or different substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, or its partially hydrolyzed condensate; (C) a diorganodialkoxysilane having the general formula: R<SP>2</SP><SB>2</SB>Si(OR<SP>3</SP>)<SB>2</SB>, wherein R<SP>2</SP>each represents the same or different substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, and R<SP>3</SP>each represent the same or different alkyl group having two or more carbon atoms, or its partially hydrolyzed condensate; and (D) a titanium chelating catalyst.
