<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor preventing malfunction due to access to a ROM (Read Only Memory) during writing to the ROM. <P>SOLUTION: When data are being written to the flash ROM 105 from a main CPU (Central Processing Unit) 104, access from a sub CPU controller 113 to the flash ROM 105 is restricted. Thereby, malfunction caused by reading a program being written can be properly prevented. The sub CPU controller 113 starts operation according to the rewritten program of the flash ROM 105, and the main CPU 104 is deactivated to reduce power consumption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
