<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an photo-electric combined optical waveguide film which has a simple structure, high bending property, and capable of electric conduction together with optical propagation, to provide a method of manufacturing the optical waveguide film, and to provide an optical transmission and reception module furnished with the optical waveguide film. <P>SOLUTION: The optical waveguide film 10 is provided with an optical waveguide film body 116 having a clad 114 and an optical waveguide core 112 imbedded in the clad 114, wherein an electric wire layer 120 is formed in one principal surface 116B out of two principal surfaces of the optical waveguide film body 116. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
