<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal capacitor which can remarkably improve electrical conductivity by applying a metallic material for an electrolyte, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The metal capacitor includes: a through-hole formation part; a terminal increased metal member 11 having first and second electrode lead-out parts; a metal oxide layer 12 formed in the terminal increased metal member; a main electrode layer 14 which is formed in the through-hole formation part in a manner that a number of through-holes formed in the through-hole formation part of the terminal increased metal member may be varied; an insulation layer 15 formed in the main electrode layers and the terminal increased metal member so that the first and second electrode lead-out parts may be exposed outside; a first lead terminal 21 to be selectively connected with the first and second electrode lead-out parts; a second lead terminal 22 to be connected with the main electrode layers of the terminal increased metal member; and a sealing member 30 to seal the terminal increased metal member with the connected first and second lead terminals in a manner that the respective lead terminals may be exposed outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
