PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zonal air conditioner capable of performing comfortable air-conditioning, reducing a necessary heat source capacity, being miniaturized and saving energy. SOLUTION: This zonal air conditioner includes a body unit 1 provided with a heat exchanger 6 for air supply exchanging heat of the return air from an air-conditioned zone A while optionally switching cooling and heating, and two supply units 2, 2 provided with supply openings 11 on front faces for supplying the return air passing through the heat exchanger 6 for air supply to the air-conditioned zone A. A suction opening 8 for sucking the return air is formed on a front face of the body unit 1, two supply units 2, 2 are communicated and connected in such manner that one of them is displaced in the left upper direction and the other is displaced in the right upper direction with respect to the body unit 1 so that the T-shape is formed when observed from a front face side, and the suction opening 8 and the supply openings 11 are separated from each other by a prescribed H and a prescribed width W.
