PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point distribution system for enjoying unexpected happenings such as addition of points when a user carrying a mobile terminal device accidentally enters a designated range of a management server unknowing the location where points are distributed to the registered users. SOLUTION: A personal holder 6 and point distributing location data are set in a management server 1. The management server 1 distributes mails including event data and advertisement data to the mobile terminal device 2. The location of a user is detected with a GPS satellite 4. The management server 1 and the mobile terminal device 2 are connected via the Internet 3. The management server 1 records moving data of the users. When a point distribution location is included in the user moving location data, points are distributed to the personal holder 6. Distribution of points is broadcasted by mail and through access to the personal holder 6 from the mobile terminal device 2.
