PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when high frequency is used for information transmission current in power distribution line transmission, the transmission current cannot reach a distant place by the electromagnetic radiation or a leakage current caused by a capacitance. SOLUTION: The transmission path has a configuration in which a current flowing in an inner conductor is the same as a current flowing in an outer conductor by using a coaxial cable for power distribution transmission so that the number of grounding sites is not more than two in one section and a receiver and a transmitter are not grounded. With this configuration, electromagnetic radiation from the transmission path is prevented and attenuation by leakage current caused by a capacitance does not occur, and long-distance communication is available.
