PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of adjusting a timing deviation between a clock signal and a data signal in an input circuit. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes: a first output circuit 30 for outputting the data signal supplied according to the clock signal; a decode circuit 104 for decoding at least one or more data signals; a second output circuit 32 for outputting the decoded signal according to the clock signal; and a first delay circuit 101 disposed before the first output circuit 30 to delay the data signal.
