PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely fix two members while preventing relaxing of a bolt. SOLUTION: A connection bolt 2 is mounted to a building A through a connection bolt mounting base 3 turnably in a vertical direction, and a coupling 4 engaged with a fixed article B is penetrated through the connection bolt 2. A lock nut 6 for fastening/locking the coupling 4 is thread-attached, an engagement groove 41 of the coupling 4 on the connection bolt 2 and an engagement claw 52 of a receiving hook 5 mounted to the fixed article B are engaged with each other. Thereby, the coupling 4 is fastened by the lock nut 6, and a detent groove 42 of the coupling and a detent ball 63 of the lock nut 6 are engaged with each other to perform locking.
