PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device capable of continuously and stably retaining string vibration suppression effect of a chain. SOLUTION: Thin plate-like elastic bodies 21, 22 contacted with links 11B, 11C positioned at an inner side in a chain width direction are laid/stopped between a link 11A positioned at the outermost side in a chain width direction and it. Relative to bending of the adjacent links 11A, 11B, 11C, the thin plate-like elastic bodies are elastically deformed and the links 11B, 11C are returned in the original state by the elastic force.
