PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and accurately position a converter housing. SOLUTION: In a spigot wall structure for an oil pump 10 fitting to a converter housing of an automatic transmission, a plurality of spigot fitting walls 52 projecting toward a converter housing 110 from an outer edge of a surface at the converter housing 110 side of a disk shaped oil pump cover 50 are provided with keeping a predetermined interval along a circumferential direction of the oil pump cover 50, and the converter housing 110 is externally fitted on an outer circumference surface 52a of the spigot fitting wall 52.
