PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of an anchor device suitable for a slope and high in working efficiency. SOLUTION: An anchor 10 of an anchor device 1 has rope connecting parts 17, 18 for connecting one end of a rope, at the longitudinal center part or between the center part and a tip part. The anchor 10 is anchored along a guide hole 21 bored almost vertically in the ground under the slope. The other end of a wire rope 20 with one end connected to the rope connecting parts 17, 18 of the anchor 10 is taken out to the ground surface from a lead hole 22 bored almost horizontally in the ground under the slope from a place separated downward from the guide hole 21, and the wire rope 20 is stretched along a load direction converting member 30 arranged in a direction orthogonal to the wire rope 20.
