PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation panel support bracket which is proof against sinking of a portion on which an end of a heat insulation panel is mounted, not only firmly supports the heat insulation panel but also is resistant to tilting when the heat insulation panel is squeezed, stably supports the heat insulation panel, and is producible at a low production cost. SOLUTION: The heat insulation panel support bracket 10 is formed of a first plate portion 11 to be mounted on an upper surface of a sleeper 20, a second plate portion 12 to follow a side surface of the sleeper 20, and a third plate portion 13 for mounting thereon the end of the heat insulation panel arranged on a lateral side of the sleeper 20, which plate portions are continuously arranged by bending a metal sheet. Herein, one portion of at least one of a front end or a rear end of the third plate portion 13, close to the second plate portion 12 is bent downward to form a butting portion 14, and when a downward load is applied to the third plate portion 13, an inner edge of the butting portion 14 butts against the side surface of the sleeper 20.
