PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella housing device for a vehicle capable of housing an umbrella with good appearance and without hindering getting on/off of an occupant and a driving operation. SOLUTION: In this umbrella housing device, a tip housing part 4 capable of housing or locking a tip 8a of the umbrella 8 is vertically and rotatably installed on a front side or a rear side of a scuff plate 12 located on a lower side of a door opening part. The housing device is provided with a cover part 13 extended from the scuff plate 12 to the inside of a cabin.
