PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent movement of ethanol gas from an upper part inside of a fuel tank to an oiling guide cylinder, in addition to prevention of intrusion of flame from an oiling port into the fuel tank, by using a flame arrestor. SOLUTION: This oiling port device of a vehicular fuel tank comprises an oiling port 15a in an upper wall 3a of a vehicular fuel tank 3 storing ethanol fuel as fuel for an engine and an oiling guide cylinder 15 extended from the oiling port 15a into the fuel tank 3. The oiling guide cylinder 15 is provided with a flame arrestor 21 covering a lower opening part so as to allow the fuel to flow and, on the other hand, so as to prevent intrusion of flame and a skirt 27 extended downward from the peripheral edge of the flame arrestor 21 so as to prevent convection of air between the fuel tank 3 and the oiling guide cylinder 15 to be generated through the flame arrestor 21.
