PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cover member storage structure comprising a storage box to be folded when unnecessary. SOLUTION: This roof structure includes a folding canvas 12 for covering an opening of a roof and first rails 11b provided in a right and a left edges of the opening so as to guide the canvas 12 by sliding the canvas 12 in the back and forth direction of a vehicle, and opens the opening by sliding the canvas 12 to a rear side of the opening and folding it. This roof structure also includes a swing means 24 for supporting the folded canvas 12 with a swing shaft 23 freely to swing and for releasing the canvas 12 at a swing position P3 wherein a front part is formed low, a storage box 4 provided in a cabin so as to store the canvas 12, and second rails 29 for guiding the canvas 12 released from the swing means into the storage box 4. The storage box 4 has a front wall 42 and a rear wall 45 formed of an upper rear wall 45a and a lower rear wall 45b. The upper rear wall is turnably supported in an upper end thereof through a pin 46a and the lower rear wall is turnably supported in a lower end thereof through a pin 46b.
