PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting part structure for an impact absorbing member capable of maintaining good bonding state of joint members and the impact absorbing member when a vehicle downward load is input to the impact absorbing member. SOLUTION: The joint members 14, 16 bonded to a rear end part of a crush box 10 are fastened to a front end part of a front side member 12 by a bolt B. An end part on the vehicle front side of a wall part 16F bonded to a lower face of a wall part 10A of the crush box 10 is arranged to be offset to the vehicle front side from an end part on the vehicle front side of a base part 28 bonded to the upper face of the wall part 10A.
