PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff device for a hull of strawberry, etc., which has a compact structure and can be easily used without requiring a space in installation, and capable of efficiently, cleanly, and uniformly cutting-off a hull of strawberry, etc. SOLUTION: The cutoff device includes: a transfer panel 1 having a plurality of clamping means 5 arranged in the radial direction and composed of an upper side clamping member (pressing cover) 9 and a lower side clamping member (receiving base) 8; a circular cutter 2 provided in face to face between the upper and the lower clamping members 8 and 9 of the clamping means 5 that moves in a circular direction, for horizontally cutting strawberry 50 clamped between the upper and the lower clamping members 8 and 9; and a baffle plate 24 for releasing and dropping cut strawberry 50a from the clamping means 5.
