<p>The invention relates to artificial ventilation of habitable rooms and is used for increasing comfort of a room by maintaining controllable air pressure therein. The device for regulating air pressure in a room comprises an air propelling device (1) with an air preparation unit (2), air ducts (3), valves (4, 5, 6, 7), an external pressure sensor (8), an internal pressure sensor (9), a control unit (10), an air intake unit (11), an air output unit (12) and a sluice chamber (13) with entry (14) and exit (15 ) doors. The twist handles (16) of the doors (14, 15) are coupled to slide valves closing by-pass orifices (17) for equalising air pressure. A set of shaped carrying members (18) is located inside the room, which members are interconnected in such a way that a three-dimensional carrying framework is formed, airtight members (19) are attached to said framework and are interconnected as to form a sealed housing (20) which is placed inside the room and has sizes for preventing mechanical effects, caused by the pressure regulation inside the housing, from being transmitted from the carrying framework and other members of the room to the structural members thereof. The use of said invention, in comparison with the all similar known prior arts, makes it possible to increase the comfort of a habitable airtight housing owing to the controllable air pressure maintained therein. The possibility of controlling air pressure in the airtight housing means that a person located therein is not influenced by the atmospheric pressure drop generated by weather conditions. The invention makes it possible to eliminate the action of air pressure inside the airtight housing produced on the structural members of a building, thereby increasing the reliability and service live thereof, and possibility of controlling air pressure in the airtight housing means that the person located therein is not influenced by the atmospheric pressure drop generated by weather conditions.</p> |
