The screw (1) has a threaded nut (3) that runs on a screw spindle (2) over balls (5). A baffle (4) sets back the balls, and a separative element (6) is provided between the balls. The element has a set of elastic spring sections projecting at both sides of a base along an axial direction. A radial projecting guiding ridge is provided at the base, where the ridge is guided in a gap between the spindle and the nut or a spindle or nut-side formed guide slot, and guided in another guide slot formed in the baffle in the gap during circulation of the screw. Ends of the ridge are rounded.
