The dryer has a housing (1) with a turbulence-chamber (2) having a front opening. An air flow produced by an electrically operated fan (3) withdraws from a central nozzle and a turbulence is produced in the chamber, before the air again leaves from the chamber through air suction channels. The air leads to suction opening of the electrically operated fan, where the turbulence-chamber and the front opening exhibit shape and size for two hands moved and held in a horizontal movement direction by the front opening.
