The device (1) has an electronic controller (6) staying in connection with a servo device (4) of a pump (3) in a controlling manner. Multiple consumers (17, 19, 21) are subjected with hydrostatic energy individually and/or in groups. Control valves (22, 27, 31) controllable by the servo device is assigned to each consumer. The controller is formed on the control valves in a controlling and operating manner such that the controller subjects the individual and/or group of consumers with hydrostatic energy exclusively and successively during a required movement of the consumers. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a controlling and/or regulating device.
