A panel assembly system is disclosed, which includes an anchor (1), a tension line (2) secured to the anchor (1); and a puller (3), comprising an engaging face, a pivot joint (20) secured to the engaging face, a lever (4) rotatably mounted about the pivot joint (20), and a roller (24) mounted on the lever (4), wherein the puller (3) is configured to receive the tension line (2) threaded about the puller (3) and the pin, and to self-bind the tension line (2) at the puller (3) and tense the tension line (2) between the puller (3) and the anchor (1), when the lever is rotated. |
