EMI FILTER AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EMI filter which has an electrostatic discharge protection function and is capable of effectively attenuating the signals of a desired frequency band, and an electronic device.

SOLUTION: The EMI filter includes: a semiconductor substrate provided with first and second main surfaces; a Zener diode provided with a cathode arranged on the first main surface side and an anode arranged on the second main surface side; a first pad arranged on the first main surface; a resistance element connecting the cathode and the first pad; a second pad arranged on the first main surface and electrically connected with the cathode; first and second electrodes arranged outside the semiconductor substrate; first wiring connecting the first pad and the first electrode; and second wiring connecting the second pad and the second electrode and being roughly parallel to the first wiring.
