<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for napping a film of a carbon nanotube aggregate with laser to obtain uniform and higher electron emission performance. <P>SOLUTION: In a carbon nanotube napping method, almost collimated laser beams are radiated onto a substrate with the carbon nanotube aggregate film of≥90% by weight in purity of carbon nanotube attached thereto, through a mask with holes almost uniformly formed therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
