PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release sheet free from contamination to an object to be adhered, and reduced in a load on an environment at disposal. SOLUTION: The mold release sheet includes a resin layer on a substrate where resin layer includes an acid-modified polyolefin resin composed of 85-99 mass% of 2-4C olefin component and 1-15 mass% of an acid component. In the mold release sheet, the total content of silicone compounds, fluorine compounds, wax and surfactants contained in the resin layer is 1 pt.mass or smaller to 100 pts.mass of the acid-modified polyolefin resin.
