PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt built-in suspension mechanism with a simplified device construction. SOLUTION: The tilt mechanism built-in suspension mechanism is provided with: first and second support legs 15a and 15b which support an upper frame 12 and a lower frame 13 for placing a seat part on one side surface side of the seat part; third and fourth support legs 15c and 15d which support the lower frame 13 and the upper frame 12 on the other side surface of the seat part; and a shock absorber. The first and third support legs 15a and 15c are pivotally fixed on the same axis line by the upper frame 12. Each of the second and fourth support legs 15b and 15d is provided with a support leg lower part joined to the lower frame 13, a support leg upper part coaxially supported by the support leg lower part and also slidably engaged in the upper frame 12, a locking means for locking the support leg upper part to the support leg lower part, release means for releasing, and locking retaining means for restoring locking release to a locking state by an elastic bias force.
