<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floorboard for bedrock bath easily introduced in narrow and small facilities and a general household, having a structure requiring no trouble in the daily maintenance, and allowing a user to adjust the efficacy according to his/her preference and requirement; and to provide a bedrock bath unit using the floorboard for the bedrock bath. <P>SOLUTION: The floorboard 2 for bedrock bath is constituted by: forming a plurality of recesses 21 on part or the whole face of a surface part at appropriate intervals in a substantially flat-plate floorboard body 20 formed of a natural stone material; storing a natural or artificial functional stone grain exerting a line of magnetic force, a negative ions or other physical therapeutic operations in each recess 21; and mounting a pushing material 7 for preventing pull-out of the functional grain 6 on an opening end of the recess 21.
