摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with a technique capable of determining the reliability of each derived measured value and deriving a more accurate blood pressure value. <P>SOLUTION: The blood pressure measuring apparatus includes: a cuff for pressurizing a blood pressure measurement part; a pressure control means for pressurizing or depressurizing the inside of the cuff; a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure inside the cuff; a pulse wave signal extraction means for extracting the time sequential data of pulse wave signals superimposed on the pressure inside the cuff in the process of pressurizing or depressurizing the cuff by the pressure control means; a detection means for detecting the maximum gradient point of 1-cycle pulse waves in the period of a peak point and a bottom point which appears preceding the peak point for each of a plurality of 1-cycle pulse wave signals included in the extracted time sequential data of the pulse wave signals; a time difference deriving means for deriving a time difference between the maximum gradient point detected by the detection means and the bottom point which appears preceding the maximum gradient point; and a display means for displaying a two-dimensional graph for which the pressure inside the cuff is set to a first axis and the time difference is set to a second axis for a part of the extracted time sequential data of the pulse wave signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
