PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a cutting efficiency by reducing the resistance of the oil flowing out through the opening of an oil hole. SOLUTION: In a cutting tool with an oil hole, the entire bottom surface 11 of a cutout part 10 is surrounded by the stepped wall surface 12 between the bottom surface 11 and a flank 8, and the outer peripheral parts of a second end edge and cut end parts, has the gap S between itself and a surface P including the flank 8, and the gap S is opened to a main chip discharge groove through the second end edge and to the outside of the outer peripheral part of the chip end part. Therefore, when a workpiece is cut, the oil flowing into the oil hole 13 from the shank side flows out to the gap S from the opening 13a of the oil hole 13 through the entire bottom surface 11 of the cutout part 10 at each cutting end part, and directly expand from the gap S into the main chip discharge groove, outside of the outer peripheral part of each cutting end part, and each auxiliary chip discharge groove.
