PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein trap material with high selectivity, a cartridge for trapping protein and a manufacturing method for the protein trap material. SOLUTION: The protein trap material 10 for trapping protein includes a base material 1, a graft polymer chain 4 bonded to the base material 1, and a metal ion 5 fixed to the graft polymer chain 4 and having an affinity to a specified protein, and traps the specified protein by using the affinity of the specified protein with the metal ion 5.
