PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight, user-friendly and high-mobility stretcher responding to various situations, since every situation can be assumed as places required for rescuing and carrying the injured not limited to the flat land, but the slope land such as stairs and a rocky stretch with inferior footing, or in rivers. SOLUTION: This stretcher for both the flat and slope land is formed by connecting four points near the both ends of two support rods to the both ends of two connecting rods to form a square shape, installing a carrying seat which has a recess for holding the buttocks between the both support rods in the square and attached with a seat belt at its central part, downward bending tip ends of the support rods in the head side of a person to be carried twice to form triangles and upward bending the tip ends in the foot part side.
