PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipurpose cutting board which is a light-weight and easy-to-handle cutting board and is capable of reducing household chores by reducing the amount of dishes used since food can be cut on the cutting board and the cutting board is used as a tray keeping the food thereon and is directly served to a table, capable of being folded and capable of being stored without taking space. SOLUTION: For this article, a flat sheet-like resin such as polypropylene is provided with a valley fold for forming a bottom part and a side wall part on the inner side and a roughly square tray is formed by bending it inward along the valley fold. By providing at least one straight valley from the front end of the side wall part to the front end of an opposing side wall part, the multipurpose cutting board can be folded and stored.
