PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional fan has to be used by shaking the entire arm, causing pain and fatigue in the entire arm particularly when the use of a fan is necessitated over a long time, making the body feel hot instead by the fanning motion in trying to cool the own body during a hot season, and rather developing a sense of fatigue on the whole body. SOLUTION: A hand lever 20 is operated, an operation string 15 that connects between the hand lever 20 and a fan mounting component 3 is actuated, so that fanning is performed with the fan part 1 attached to the fan mounting component 3 by the action of the operation string 15 and the repulsive force of a torsion coil spring 9.
