PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling bag and a blood drawing implement for preventing air from mixing in a vacuum blood collecting tube when collecting blood into the vacuum blood collecting tube. SOLUTION: In the sampling bag (B), a first partition part (P1), a second partition part (P2) and a third partition part (P3) are formed inside a bag body (21). After storing the blood (BL) in an empty bag body (21), the blood (BL) is filled up inside a blood reservoir (S1), and air (A) initially present inside the blood reservoir (S1) and the blood (BL) stored first inside the blood reservoir (S1) are partially filled inside an air reservoir (S2). When collecting the blood (BL) from the bag body (21), the blood (BL) is filled up in the blood reservoir (S1) first, and the side of the exit (24) of the blood inside the blood reservoir (S1) is maintained in the state of being filled with the blood (BL).
