PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing a new additive which is added to an object to be added to modify the physical properties of the object to be added and to provide an apparatus and a method for producing the object to be added. SOLUTION: The apparatus 100 for producing the additive has such a mechanism that an object to be treated in a space part 12 is treated while being pressurized and heated simultaneously to obtain the treated object as the additive to the object to be added.
